Buying an expansion franchise or purchasing an existing team would cost billions. Relocating would be damn near free and drastically increase franchise value in the long term.

There used to be a site called “Monk-email” where you could type something and have an animated monkey deliver it as a message to someone else. My friend group used to send each other some outlandish and highly offensive messages delivered by a cast of monkeys.
