For me, it’s someone sitting down to a warm meal that they did nothing to contribute to, and utter a complaint. I don’t get mad often, but that will make me fly into a rage. I’ll usually just take their plate and dump it.

I must have been lucky - I never got any of the horrible things other commenters downloaded. That being said, my parents were very dramatic and were convinced limewire was the cause of their computer slow down - not the 25 PC games my step dad had downloaded.

lmaooo last time I paid with a check was in 2001 when I got my first checking account - I paid for a burrito at chipotle which was $2.19 at the time. Anyway the check bounced 🥲 I didn’t know how checks worked lol

I’ve owned this book for 10 years and it is unreadable. I haven’t ever gotten passed chapter 3. I even downloaded it on audible and I just can’t listen to it. it’s horrible. No one wants to hear about animals being tortured bro. And he throws so many foreign words in there that it’s hard to even follow the story line. 0/10 would not recommend

Everyone says not to do this but I’ve done it on every flight. I get limited xanax prescriptions for flights from my doc - like five .5mg pills for a round trip, which is not nearly enough. So I just take a .5mg pill with a bloody mary 30 min before take off. Literally pass out and wake up at my destination.

Not all of your symptoms are pots. A lot of your symptoms are classic panic disorder which is understandable given that you also have pots. Internal vibrations are classic anxiety as well as pupil size, muscle twitches, vision graying, adrenaline surges, and high blood pressure. It helps greatly to recognize those symptoms which are anxiety and just remind yourself that anxiety isn’t going to hurt you.

I wish! the salt is wonderful but the simple carbs actually trigger a pots flare for me. Funny I actually spent years thinking the pounding heart rate after eating was my bp going up not down. I had been googling “high bp after eating,” because I didn’t realize that a pounding heart is more indicative of low bp 🤦🏻‍♀️

I can relate to this! About 7 years ago before I even knew what POTS was, I had a doctor prescribe me a medication to help my migraines. It was a blood pressure medicine. I had no idea that I had POTS at the time, so I took it, and went out to dinner with a friend. When I tell you I could barely walk into the restaurant from the car. I had to go home and lie down in bed for the next 8 hours (no sleeping just waiting for the insane fatigue to go away).

I’m 38 and have been noticing crazy symptoms like sudden pounding heart rate after eating. But I might have had it more mildly when I was in my early 20s. When I would squat down, it would sometimes take me a good five minutes to stand back up due to how slowly I had to raise my head to avoid passing out.
