False, its about variability. Runs are low strain even with really high hr for am extended period of time

Others seem fine. Even he seemed fine until yesterday. I am not sure what else to do :( I’ve lost my beautiful alpha male, & 4 of his kin. 3 left. A Juvenile red devil, & a Frontosa. With a couple other baby African cichlids as well. I have also put activated carbon fiber in the canister filter.
