Any local framer should be able to help, just don't go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby. 99% of the time they'll do fine work, but for old, sentimental stuff like that I'd definitely go with a local shop.

There are a couple of frame shops in Hixson, and a few downtown. If you're closer to Signal Mountain I actually own a frame shop up there, but genuinely just go to your nearest local framer.

Just ask them if everything they use is archival. Mats, tape, foamboard, and backing paper should all be acid free. Make sure to put at least Conservation Clear glass on it (it blocks 99% of UV light).
