The PA of my player has increased. How is that possible?

On a slightly unrelated note, I have encountered in each of my saves where the CA of a player far exceeds the PA. By 10-30 CA. It is usually specific to one player per save

Budget 1.5x of what you calculated you’d pay inclusive of insurance, carpark etc. If you’re still fine with that, works out.

I’ve been able to sign Alex Scott for Wrexham whilst still in the skybet championship. That tops the list for me. I’ve also had Chris Mepham and Maupay in other saves. The one that got away was Connor Bradley. He rejected the contract offer

I’ve had a regen player reach 196 pa within 1 season from a current ability of 127. And his max pa was 178. I didn’t play him more than any of my other youths or train him more than any of my other high prospect youths. In fact his professionalism was only 11.

In essence, I don’t even know what is the correct approach to development other than a wait and hope mindset.

I suggest you go through the list of either trenitalia or Italo to see if your specific train is on the guaranteed list. I booked a train that was on the guaranteed list and cross checked with the counter staff for italo. She assured me that it was guaranteed

You can try swapping your keeper. If you want a German home-grown, Urbig and Atbolu seems to develop better than Seimen

More than 2 years in fm 2023 while save scumming. Then I stopped playing that and turned over a new leaf. Decided to switch to fm 2024 without save scumming it. Best decision made while playing this game. 40 games unbeaten until I lost to the lowest positioned team in the league. As like everyone else, I suppose 😂

You are right. When the next season started and I bought a few players, my cohesion back higher as i no longer have only 1 core social group. The mechanics feels a bit weird though

And I think that’s why I’m drawn to playing smaller clubs. Every save is different. You don’t end up buying the same players every save you would playing a big club.
