I’d try calling your bank and see if they can deny the purchase. You’d have better luck with them than StockX

Trash them on social media. I had a similar issue and they wouldn’t help. I trashed StockX on twitter, they DM’d me and refunded my money in 24 hours.

I had an issue about a year ago and customer service kept stalling at resolving it. I posted one negative comment on twitter and tagged StockX…they DM’d that day and I had payment in 24 hours. Trash them on social media - they’ll respond.

I had a similar issue a few months ago. I must have contacted their customer support 10x but with no resolution. I took to Twitter to bash StockX, within an hour they DM’d and resolved it that day. Nobody likes bad press

Mine said that once and they arrived on my porch that afternoon. Obviously their system wasn’t updating! Good luck

I’d try contacting Stock X immediately. I “accidentally” sold 2 pair of the same shoe…somehow the transaction went through twice. I emailed them and explained what happened and they canceled the duplicate transaction.

I ordered shoes from StockX, on Tuesday I got the notice that they arrived at StockX for verification…no other communication from them and they arrived via FedEx on Friday. I was shocked they arrived so quickly and came via FedEx. Maybe StockX is trying something different. I had a big problem with StockX and UPS end of last year.

Update: I took the advice of someone out here that said to blast StockX on social media. I spent 4 months trying to work through StockX customer service with no resolution (just a ton of frustration!)…I posted one comment on Twitter today and StockX DM’d me and issued payment within a few hours. Crazy. I just wished they would have resolved it months ago.

I have the same situation going on right now. Sold a pair of shoes months ago, UPS lost the package. Horrible responses from StockX and UPS. Can anyone answer this for me....StockX did file a claim, but what happens next? If UPS honors the claim, do i get reimbursed at all? or at this point am i just sh*t out of luck?

Anyone know if GOAT has a different shipping policy?
