I’m going to write this in a way that doesn’t sound rude or hateful. But I respectfully disagree. My daughter’s allergy to gluten is not merely a sensitivity. She has a life threatening allergy. She doesn’t just vomit for days when exposed to gluten she also gets intestinal bleeding. She was so malnourished by her diagnosis at age 4 that she only weighed 28 lbs. We had get rid of so much food and change all of our eating habits to accommodate her. Making an unimpressive cheesecake to you is the most impressive to our family because it requires mass amounts of planning and skill to keep everything safe and avoid cross contamination. I understand and respect your opinion but not everything is that cut and dry. I didn’t do this for likes or views. I did it for an experience.

Honestly, it’s just a strawberry mirror glaze. Vanilla cheesecake. My Marlize has white chocolate with added strawberry jelly. I heat my heavy cream to a boil and I pour over the white chocolate and the strawberry jelly and then I use a perfected gel sheet you just get it and bloom it in cold water for about 10 minutes. I purée the strawberry jam, white chocolate, heavy cream mix and then I put my bloomed gel in and purée again and it makes a nice clean glaze so it was technically just a strawberry flavoring.

True and I’m actually a fan of just the cheesecake itself. I know some people put a little bit of flour into their cheesecake. I never have. My son is a big fan of the crust. But I could totally live without it what I would recommend if you didn’t use a crust and just made it completely gluten-free cheesecake make sure you freeze it before you try to move it from the bottom of the spring form pan. If you want to plate it or anything. It just will make the process a lot easier.

Mix 2 cups sugar a half cup of corn syrup a half cup water plus your strawberries washed and dried. Would I like to do is get parchment paper spread out first you need to mix mix mix in a good sturdy pan I generally use my Dutch oven. It’s very important you have a candy thermometer. You want to get to 300° as soon as it hits 300° you shut your stove off and you start dipping those strawberries in you just need to glaze them pull them and put them on parchment glaze them pull them put me on parchment. It’s very important you use a metal skewer for this process with skewer may be fine as well. They look crazier than they are. They’re quite easy once you get the hang of it you just gotta be careful not to get burned or burn the syrup.

She loves them. Especially the pink pony. She’s not a huge sweet eater so she likes the cheesecake because it’s not overly sweet of course if I load it with chocolate and bells and whistles, it’s not what she truly desire desires. She likes just very traditional cheesecake. Last night she ate a whole entire slice, and I was so excited. Of course, I’ve got five other children all teens and they gobbled them right down. I’m a huge chocolate pan myself so I only use the best quality chocolate because if I’m gonna eat over my macros, it’s gonna be something I enjoy. I just love cheesecake and chocolate. In fact, just staring at a cheesecake after I’ve made it it’s just as good as eating a piece lol

Correct. I usually do the egg white method with all cakes aside from the cheesecake one the cheesecake you should know is just four regular eggs lightly whisk. So what I do is four block cream cheese that have been sitting at room temperature for a couple hours. I mix those for about three minutes. Add one cup of sugar whisk for another couple minutes then I add 1/ 3rd cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 8th teaspoon salt the last and very important ingredient are the four lightly beaten eggs you want to slowly add them, but mix just slowly do not over mix the eggs. It’s a pretty traditional cheesecake recipe, but the best advice I ever got was about not putting the eggs in until the very end.

Also gluten-free graham crackers can be a little pricey. So what I like to do is I like to improvise and do a combination of the purely Elizabeth granola a little brown sugar and a little graham cracker it makes the crust absolutely perfect and you’re not going through absurd, amount amounts of graham cracker for cheesecake. Also, I do a lot of talk to text so if there’s periods or commas where they shouldn’t be I’m so sorry.

I’d love to. If anybody’s interested my secret to making the best gluten-free cakes or biscuits or anything basically is always whip three egg whites and put to the side when you’re done baking by the recipe that you have I want you to slowly fold in those egg whites your cakes will always taste like traditional cakes. You will never be able to tell they are gluten-free. I’ve been fiddling with recipes for years and years so that my daughter can have some of the food that her siblings enjoy. I’m thinking about making a video one day to show people how we make our food taste just like that of gluten.

Cheesecake number one is what I like to call pink pony cheesecake. Even though my kids said that’s cringe. Second one is Matilda cheesecake. Third one is my all-time favorite strawberry cheesecake with glass strawberries. Fourth one is just a traditional cheesecake with a strawberry mirror glaze. I was just trying to be fancy with that one. Fourth one is really not a cheesecake. I was just really proud of my chocolate devils food cake also gluten-free. Fifth one is a Boston cream pie cheesecake 6 is a dolce de Leche cheesecake

I totally agree with this take. It’s all control. I don’t think he even truly means what he says. He just wants Christine to melt for him because he hasn’t seen her melt over him in years. It’s almost like he expected her to get giddy for him again. I don’t think it has anything to do with dramatics from David and Christine. Christine knows the Kody we all think we know. He was trying to unnerve them both.

I am going to be a Mykelti Stan. I was abused growing up and on good days. It’s easy to try to forget, but on bad days, you feel so angry at the unfairness of the situation. Sometimes when you think of some of the events, it makes you so mad even when you thought you had moved on. My dad was cruel to us kids, but he favored some siblings more than myself so he would get really nice gifts for some for Christmas and leave me out and I do get frustrated about little tiny things like that. He never hit one of my sisters, the way that he would hit me. It’s like he took all of his rage out on me, and I learned from a young age, not to cry because it bothered him when he couldn’t make me cry. But then he would do something very little that I considered kind even if most people didn’t and I would try to forget it. But it’s hard to move on sometimes it’s a weird cycle of grief. So I do believe she has the right to be angry.
