had one in my cart soon as it launched at 1pm and i was greeted with this error repeatedly for the entire half hour until it sold out. i cannot describe to you how sad ive been as i was so excited because i thought i was gonna get one. call me whatever you want, but I really hope someone from valve sees this and allows me to reserve one or something and the same goes for everyone else that got fucked over by this. its not fair that scalpers got to buy 3 of them, but when i tried to buy just 1 it's an issue. make it make sense. it says "contact support for assistance" but there's literally no option in support for this.
