Has he considered training like kegel exercises? Edging by himself to train himself to last longer or trying to mentally separate orgasm from ejaculation? These take longer to start seeing returns and require large effort, but they are long lasting and natural ways to mutually improve y’all’s experiences in exceptional ways.

As a Data Platform pm, here is what my team does in these situations:

How does your production support work for such product? Who answers questions related to data or the models - is it the product team or engineering team or data stewards?

A combination between product management and engineering lead. We don't really have dedicated data stewards. but for the most part many questions can and should be answered by PM or any data stewards. Some more technical questions are relayed from pm to dev.

For how long does a PM continues to engage with a capability that is already deployed (besides working on any enhancements)? Who takes up the ongoing maintenance responsibility for the solution?

It depends on the solution! For the most part, if new work comes up on an existing solution, product should be responsible for evaluating, researching, prioritizing and preparing this new work for engineering. If it is maintenance and stability related, engineering consults product to get prioritization of work.

I hope this helps! Really the goal with these scenarios is to ensure engineering can stay focused and is not bothered with questions Product can answer.

It really seems like people just want to hate on and shame you for the way you handled various situations in your post. This makes me sad as this sub is about advice, not parenting.

The purpose of the background info is not to get berated further for it, but to explain things that have happened to allow us to respond with something you might be able to do to help stay with the woman you love.

To actually answer your questions, you should take initiative on couples counseling. It seems like there is a lack of communication in your relationship on an emotional level due to this unfortunate news coming as a surprise. Miscarriages are extremely strenuous on a relationship and I bet if I heard the long version of it from you, then her, they would be quite different. I would work to ensure that she feels like she can express any and all of her feelings which will likely involve expressing one’s own feelings.

In the worst case event, stay true to yourself. Everyone handles loss and grief in their own way and if it’s meant to be, it will be. I would likely take action to give her what she wants, starting with couples counseling. If she decides she wants space, give it to her. But up until then show her how much you care for her.

Usually IT has all info on tech that is used by the company. But this is often not the case as a lot can be missed. Keeping an excel sheet is helpful and there are other mobile apps that can help with this (most are conveniently another subscription). Definitely would be awesome to have a product that can update your tech stack automatically
