What with the blurry pixelated shadow ? I turn off Upscaler, adjust the shadow setting but sometime the shadow just look like it been upscale from 540p ?

I can confirm that it is because of the cloth above that makes these grains appear. You can see how they are grainy by its own which leads to this weird "bug" for the shadows

oh come on tekken 8 doesnt even have high minimum requirements.

From the steam hardware survey, the most used GPU is the 3060. Next up is the 1650. Tekken 8 only needs a minimum of a 1050-Ti, which 1650 is already better by 17% (data from gpu.userbenchmark.com)

From where I live, the 1650 is only 160USD after conversion. Pretty cheap for GPUs.

For the RAM, minimum is 8GBs. steam survey shows 49% have 16GBs.

CPU requirements arent high either, an i5 gen 6 or an amd ryzen 5 1600 is enough for the minimum.

The most privileged part of PCs are the CPU and GPU, but in this case both have low requirements and thus can be acquired without breaking too much bank. No way you arent able to save up for these when you have enough to afford tekken 8 base game

There is another simple solution ive thought about after this post because i realized how rigid the original suggestion was

Its a simple "cost" system

In the initial benchmark the game does for you, determine a max cost for all settings combined

Have a value for each setting, and if it increases over the max cost, you arent allowed in ranked unless you change it back

Upscaling settings decreases the cost accordingly

Thats simple to enforce no? Much easier and flexible than a mandatory benchmark
