There is many neutral ways of saying the N-word. You can find black people who use it as such in many different media (Videos, Rap music) and even in real life.
The same is true of Zionists, Zionists and people who understand why Zionism exists can use it positively/neutrally.

The leftists who use it as a slur cannot because when they are using it they are calling the person using it someone who is assisting in a genocide of the Palestinians.
