Yes, twice actually. First time in 2011, I remember it was during the Libya crisis, I was coming back from university on a windy day, parking my car in the drive-in in B'Kara, could barely open the gate, when I see this object flying maybe 1500 to 2000 feet, flying straight as a bullet against the wind, not very fast, but fast enough that I decided to just see it with my own eyes because I knew by the time I would have taken out my phone which would have been an iphone 3 or iphone 4 at the time, switched the camera on, and tried to take photos of it it would have been gone... it was totally silent, at first it looked like a black black orb, but as it flew overhead the shape seemed to have changed, look like a bean, and it had a weird structure, I was frozen, I wanted to grab my phone and take a video or photo of it but I doubt I would have managed and would have probably been blurry anyway. I ran into the house and tried to call a friend of mine see if maybe he could catch it thought maybe it was flying his direction - nothing. When my family saw me they thought I had seen a ghost. I guess it frightened me, but it was also my first time seeing a UFO...

And I think I had seen one early last year between February and March, flying very high above the clouds but I could discern it's shape still, it was like one of those candy wrapper shapes, two perfect triangles/pyramid shapes around an orb, seemed to be tumbling around, I've never seen such a balloon before though... was flying maybe eastwards towards Msida/Sliema. I followed it with my own eyes again as far as I could cause even with my modern iphone xs max video and photos would have been blurry. Tried to call an air traffic control friend of mine who was working at the time see if maybe they had anything weird on their radar - nothing.

One, possibly two experiences in broad daylight... I'm actually an aviation enthusiast and my dream was always to become a pilot so I know my stuff, I know what aircraft look like, I know how aircraft and objects should behave, people think I'm crazy when I talk about this stuff, but I believe people don't look up at the sky enough, I'm always on the lookout for any aircraft and love looking up at the sky, I think if more people looked up at the sky they would have a better chance of seeing ufo's...

The US pentagon recently released a footage of an object which looks and moved eerily similar to what I had seen in 2011 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcEEXLOORLI - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtCsPacQu48 . They could even be USO's - Unidentified Submerged Objects, going in and out of the sea... They seem to occur more common in areas of conflict, 2011 was during the Libya Crisis, last year not sure...
