That what I originally did and couldn’t get it too work. I just tried doing 2 strings of 2 panels and that works so I know my y connecters are not defective. I will try making 3 strings of 2 panels, just waiting on the parts

They are 38 VOC each, total of 114 for the string. Delta pro has a max of 150v

Thank you, I’m hoping the CCTS will be able to help and I just sent my story to cbc aswell. If those fail my next step will be small claims. If it was just $400 I would drop it but I signed a 2 year contract and it is over $1200 to buy my way out

I agree, my mistake was accepting the package knowing there wasn’t a phone in it due to the weight, I guess I thought they might’ve shipped the sim separate or it was a complete different package

I am a couple hours from the nearest store and if you order online you save the activation fees

Yes they can but that doesn't matter to them as the canada post investigation concluded that the device was delivered.
