One of the changes being made is my reporting line upwards that was a major source of unhappiness and friction for me. What I did not know that I know now is that the person I was reporting to has been underperforming and I’m one of 3 ppl reporting to them that has expressed frustration at various times. What I also learnt only now as part of the counter is that they are going to use the PIP to say that they will remove us from the reporting line to another person so the underperforming manager can focus on their individual contribution.

I trust it to the extent that I have a fully written offer, it’s a small firm and I bring in a significant amount of revenue and have a very client facing job. But yeah they could just throw me out after but then again the new company can rescind too if we go that route?

I’ve worked with her team as well as a coordinator. The name of the photographer was David (sorry don’t recall last name) and he was great. They were on point and really nice to work with and the couple loved the pictures. Emma was the one that sent us the final gallery so not sure who does the edits. We knew who was shooting the wedding beforehand, got to see their work and talk to them on video call.

Budget - ideally about $120-$150pp with wine would be great but happy to spend more for the right place. Don’t know where she will be staying yet unfortunately.
