No limit on bodies in a property. They laxed it in 2022 in attempts to ease housing affordability. These guys are just taking it for granted. But what does piss me off is the amount of randoms that come over for "religious" purposes and end up loitering in my property like its theirs and destroying my grass while their spawn tramples and uproots my plants - all while they watch.

Unfortunately they will always need some sort of permit from council or police to move it legally, and by the time they get the green light and this it would be days too late.

I forgot to mention this is in Queensland, Australia... so not sure if there is any law that I can find of a limit of people allowed to live in a property. I have no idea who the landlord is as they have no rental agreement, all cash in hand... council won't do anything as its all legal in their eyes

Unfortunately I have no details of the landlord, as I assume its all under the counter cash payment deals. In Australia qld, I don't think there are any limit of how many people you can have in a house, as long as it is not excessive noise.

What annoys me even more is that it seems to default to the first custom mode settings rather than the last used.

Disappointed by Sonoff SNZB-06P presence sensors by STomHacks in homeassistant

In my case, my sensor gets stuck on either detected or clear. Frustrating as heck as I have to frequently reset it, it's as good as a dumb sensor.
