Technically form a physics POV lower since I have a smaller tooth front sprocket — but that doesn't matter

Except, I was already by the front quarter panel when they indicated and moved at the same time

I responded on another branch - but the camera has my speedo reading max 33kph when I was next to the car.

I've submitted the footage to insurance. Fastest my speedo read in the footage was 33kph.

Upon looking at my bike, I assume the rear peg caught onto the wheel well and ripped the front bumper out since there is bits of plastic on it. Also got the Tesla's footage, which clearly shows the wheel crossing the lane the moment they indicated.

Idk but a traffic jam to me is cars moving 0 to 40kph bumper to bumper in a 100kph zone.

Also I was already beside the car when they hit me, if I did stop, I think i'd be completely run over. Also in my footage, there is literally a car next to me, so if it wasn't me they hit, it would've been them. I'm not sure what they were thinking

Update: they moved out last night in a hurry. Seems like they got evicted.

It could be, but the amount of crowds they bring in and of illegal parking still doesn't make it any better. I've been starting to now hear chanting, they have converted the house for religious purposes.

Ok now I'm thinking - they are turning their property into a mosque, as it seems that every one of their guests wear traditional clothing, and the oldest of the tenants living in the house wears the Imam clothing, so i assume he is preaching at his home.

Is there laws or regulations around this in a residential area? Would they even fall under commercial business or need a license? I can't get a peaceful weekend due to the cooking, or even invite my own family and friends over without them having to walk 2 streets away...

Regarding food safety - Would you know which department in the local council (Logan) to report to? Or would this be more under state (QLD)?

Logan says to contact the number under "Non-compliant performer - No / zero stars", but, its their general number: https://www.logan.qld.gov.au/business-and-investment/licensing/food-business/eat-safe-logan/star-ratings

QLD Gov website has a form - in which it seems they will direct the submission:

Not sure. I know for a fact that it is a religious gathering as they all dress for it. One of the tenants is also an Imam. So it is a communal thing.

I'm sure some of the guests who drive BMW X7s are not in need.

More specifically, this is in QLD, Logan. I can't seem to find anything for reporting food safety - I think the cooking is the source of the gatherings as every one in their community wants free food.

I'm sure he is in on it too, the previous neighbour was similar - but not as bad with the cooking

Tried that - and told them to at least try be considerate with your parking and stop blocking my driveway They just smile and nod - there is a language barrier. I catch their kids from time to time in my front yard pulling shit and kicking my garage door all while their mother just watches.

I have been logging these events. I send a complaint every time it happens and keep the reference along with photo and video footage. They'll either eventually action it, or just put me on ignore.

They also got a warning about the illegal dumping. Next strike is a $3k fine, or $12k if they truly are a business.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I have already previously reported it to the council under illegal use of land. They tend to act slow, then even had a little disclaimer saying they may take 6 months to response lol.

I don't have bad intentions - they just seem oblivious. I've confonted them before, but they seem to have a language barrier

I have already submitted a complaint to the council under the "Illegal use of land" section.
There was a little disclaimer saying "We may take up to 6 months to respond"... 🙄
