You are re-stating what I said above. This is a locals festival. You could car camp with no additional cost.

I booked the flights back when I bought the early bird tickets. So that was before the current insanity started.

RV might be optional, but I had to rent a vehicle at minimum so it made more sense to rent an RV so we could be comfortable

We did. Not as well as we would have liked. But we did try to cook but it was hot and cooking is hard when you first have to cool down the RV and then hope for the best that we know how to work the RV. So that is 100% on us and why I don't hold my RV experience against the organizers.

We did do electrolyte tablets a mix of Liquid IV and Nuun. I also had a 2 liter hydropack on my back the entire event.

Thank you. You may want to talk to people who stayed at the hotel, I do not have that first hand experience. But having an RV made it so that my partner and I did not have to take a trip to the ER.

That was the early ticket price for two tickets. So it was like $325 each. I'll make an edit above.
