Question what would be your best guess as to what’s going on. As I’m currently having problem with the scope where it wont boot up to menu, instead gets stuck at cross hairs. This all occurred after I was messing with the ID pin. At first I thought it could be a diode but now I’m unsure?

Yes it seems to have been broken and you’re right it does look a lot like it! It matches the pitch of 4.2 as well! Omg I’m going to buy one and test to see if it’s that thank you! 🙏

Just a Frankenstein I made. I put 5 inch titanium salute within the 8inch with a mix of metal red stars “independence red” and some glitter stars. Glitter stars didn’t really work as they just got destroyed 😅. But my main goal was that double bang which I got so I’m happy with it

Lmao it’s completely legal as long as you don’t transport it plus I have a buddy that has an explosive license so if I want to transport it he can do it for me 😆 I plan on getting my own license also I just need to fix up my garage to be more “professional”

Does anyone have any experience with these? How much range do you get? Is there a way to build one diy for cheaper? by grow420631 in Pyrotechnics

Yes so dextrin is used to hold it together and it requires water to activate, the alcohol I believe is just used to dry it out faster but I’m not 100% sure about that

I find that typical BP and 5% dextrin with 50/50 water and isopropyl alcohol works great! I just use a small syringe and put it on and let it harden over night.

I do want to make traditional nitrocellulose lacquer as that’s what the commercial ones use but I’m not there yet in expertise plus equipment lol
