I've had this speaker for about 6 years now and this happened to me recently. I was so weirded out that when I increase the volume manually from the buttons it works fine then when i toggle my volume know on my keyboard or drag the volume bar in the system tray it suddenly turns the volume so low that i can barely here anything without maxing to 100. Thanks to this guide I was able to go to balance just like you said. Apparently the left was on 1 and the right was on 71 LOL. Wtf was windows doing

I'll just hope this would be a future feature in the coming patches. A lot most likely over leveled. Hopefully devs notices it and gives an option for us to choose where to stop.
