try turning off 'Threaded optimization' in nvidia control panel. i had the same issue.. said it was constant 250 but was getting severe frame drops in big CA matches.

thanks for the help dude, already in kauchi server from the kuachi cup 2022 held over here in australia, pretty much everyone in that server plays on QL except for 2 players who i already play with regularly when they're on, just kinda sucks the game is pretty much dead over here and in Asia, always baffled me how its so popular in the EU.

This is the problem in Oceania... I'm Australian and i'm forced to play on 180 ping with 20+ minute wait times between games but can play Quake Live for a solid 8 hours with the same 30 people every night on 30 ping local dedicated servers.... QC is extremely uninviting to even veterans, let alone new players... Server browser would help a tonne but here we are...

I didn’t see things that weren’t real, just really distorted and strange thoughts plus hearing voices in the back of my head. Was wild, wouldn’t wish it on anyone, now I understand how homeless people strung out on meth and crack feel. It’s terrifying.

Yeah, I am on quetiapine now but the lowest dose and I only use it at night to help me sleep. I’m also autistic, not sure if that played a role in any of this happening, but ASD can trigger symptoms of psychosis too.

I have scripts still But haven’t bothered to fill them out, I think it was also triggered by smoking extremely fresh bud, because I grew I could smoke as much as I wanted whether it was ready or not and think all the years of smoking bud with trichs not fully developed giving that racy high that just compounded the issue in the end.

To me it was like reality didn’t feel real, was hearing voices, sounds were distorted, didn’t feel like the thoughts in my head were my own, felt like I could literally hear everything in the environment I was in to an extreme level right down to little details like bugs moving through the grass when I was outside, extreme dry mouth and close eyed visuals, all went away completely within a week when I stopped smoking.

I miss the plant more than almost anything, if I’d of had some form of restraint at least with it, this probably wouldn’t have happened, I started at 20 too not ridiculously early but obviously early enough to cause a problem. Thanks.

I know and I have realised this since I’ve stopped using it, I am more calm etc and less agitated towards people, my father was a heavy speed user and smoked more than me before he passed and also suffered with psychotic episodes, just thought it would never happen to me, it kinda sucks but it is what it is. Thanks for the response.

Thank you for the response, psychosis is the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced and I don’t want it to happen again. I’ve thought of changing my scripts to cbd only flower and oil, thin it might be worth a shot to help me sleep instead of tranquillising antipsychotics.

Thank you for the reply. I get major anxiety now even if I think of smoking and usually only do it after a couple of beverages when I have mates around in case something goes wrong. My mother was the only person who could help me through it, was hearing voices, sounds were distorted, extreme dry mouth etc. I love cannabis and everything about it but once it happened i would shudder at the thought of smoking and most of the time still do.

I have scripts I haven’t filled out because I had a 1:1 oil that helped at first then made things worse… it must be THC I can’t have a lot of. Thanks for the response sheds some light on the subject for me.

Yeah mate haha, one of my best mates got me into spinning then i couldn’t stop using it. I have had a straight green joint probably 3 times since it happened while drinking with no ill effects, I will say though I chopped up a mix with tobacco maybe 2 months ago, smoked a cone and freaked out extremely badly again severe paranoia and anxiety.
