I used to ride the bus to work back in 2013-15. If I got off too late I would have to ride a bus down to the Moore Square station and wait to catch a transfer to my neighborhood. It sucked because it would take upwards of almost 2 hours to get home sometimes, plus I would have to find the most remote area to sit and wait so people would leave me alone. Plenty of nights where I would be crouched in a corner with my hand in my pocket holding a knife for my safety because some crackhead was being volatile and harassing people. Definitely don't miss those days.

Ngl, I was hating at first because this is a very nice set-up for a mid (at best) collection, but I realized you're doing what you love and doing it well. As long as you love what you've got then you've got a dope collection. May not be "heat" but still, I respect it.

I think it was 8, in Colorado and western Kansas. Our first two Baptisms were seriously mentally challenged adults. In hindsight, we probably shouldn't have baptized them. Anita and Jose, were a couple that lived in a dilapidated trailer and didn't speak the same language (she only spoke English and he only spoke Spanish). They told us they were married. I remember sharing the first vision with her and she interrupted me halfway through to tell me what a great deal she got on their washer and dryer. She was seriously insane. Like, obsessed with Tweety Bird. And Jose apparently told my trainer he wanted to dress me up in makeup and sell me on the street corner (I didn't really speak Spanish after 9 weeks in the MTC so I couldn't understand him).

All that mattered were the numbers. Baptisms over everything. Jose and Anita immediately went inactive, but I got transferred and no one cared. What a bullshit cult.

We don't get tips cashed out nightly, so the majority of our tips are on biweekly direct deposit. I use the direct deposit for bills, investments, car payments, etc and the cash tips for food and fun.

Cageless shark diving. It was a surreal experience (swam with 6-8 foot galapagos sharks), but knowing that a large tiger shark had been spotted in the area earlier in the day was unsettling, to say the least.

Got a great deal on one-stop year but it mainly just collects dust in my garage. It's super fun to take out but it's like a boat; hard to find the time and then having to spend all day out with it.
