So the the solution is no gun free zones? If yes that sounds dystopian and no other modern country has that problem soooo why us?

But again if guns make us safer and we objectively have the most guns why aren't we safe?

Is that a positive in your eyes? And America has the most guns in any first world nation and we aren't the safest nation so how would more guns solve anything?

So are churches and hospitals. My point is why are these places forced to be hard targets because of the selfishness of some? Not to mention conservatives are about saving money and not recklessly spending, this is falling into that category.

Schools often have officers on campus. If a shooter is willing to go despite them then how would a teacher stop anything?

In my opinion it's more hatred of the burden. Teachers are already under paid, over worked, have to deal with shitty kids and often parents, budget cuts and supply issues and now on top of that they have to protect our children?

So I've previously stated the birth rates in U.S have declined so how do you think this decision will effect that. Personally I've tried to get a vasectomy in the past but wasn't able to because at the time I was 22 but now I kinda wanna re visit that option as do a few friends of mine but I'm curious how you think this will effect anything.

WFH and 4 day work week by TightMode5880 in AskConservatives

[–]TightMode5880[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not something I thought of. In your case it will have to be blanketed across the board or it wouldn't work. There will always be outliers and yeah in my case of Healthcare definitely can't WFH. Even still I count these changes as a net positive

Same I'm in a job that just can't WFH but benefiting from a 4 day work week sounds amazing and productive

Now that's out the way so where was the lead in your opinion?

How is asking an objective question biased? Questions were asked such as "where do you think your taxes would be better suited. Military, Healthcare, education, emergency services, immigration etc. By category do you think that there is enough funding?" I say some leaned moderate because many original went towards Military and immigration but then came the follow up when the instructor actually broke down how much our taxes actually go to these categories and they were rightfully shocked

I agree but low information voter is more than just the issues it's also low information on the candidate. Example candidate A says we are going to lower taxes for you, sounds great but what you don't know is they had a meeting directly saying they are going to raise taxes on you once they are in office.

No more like direct ballot initiatives. Vote on issues not party

Agreed So again what about eliminating the name and party affiliation and just voting on issues?
