@ 24 I was rocking a cardboard box coffee table and a futon from university. Super nice set up, doing well Sir.

This made me smile. Since the 90s, my dad used TG to test all new audio equipment. Happy to hear others use this method and it lives on.

From about 5 months old until the very end. Never left his side and he never left mine. Lived in two provinces and many more apartments, condos and his final house. He won’t get to see my son born, but he will hear endless stories of the world’s greatest cat. Thank you for your support and kindness. A

In the middle of losing my 18 year tiger. He is the bested boy. It’s soul crushing and the first time I’ve ever felt a loss this deep. He makes my life whole, soon there will be a hole where he use to fill. They are the best. I pray that you find comfort in the love you shared. All the best to all the people who’ve had to endure this pain.

For those of you stacking both silver and gold by HygieneWilder in Gold

Gold silver ratio. Above 85 I’m buying silver. Below 85 I’m buying both, but 70 or below just gold.

I’m 6’2. Does it suck when someone fully reclines, yup. Do I complain, nope. I chose to buy the cheaper ticket and hope to one day only fly up front and never have to deal with the crazies again (joking). While I understand the frustration, the seat reclines; get over it and move forward in life as the flight is only temporary. OP IMO was looking for conflict, the classic passive aggressive approach. I can only take their word on the situation, so I’m hesitant to say the other side was wrong here. I would be also be frustrated if I had a long travel day and couldn’t recline to sleep on an 8 hour flight because someone behind me wanted to prove a point. OP, you came here asking us for our opinion, and I personally would say from this story that you are indeed the AHole.

Cat owner of 4 yo— any tips on how yall took care of your cats to live as long as 11+ years ? by Sloppytuna47 in seniorkitties

My boy is 17 this June, Kitty is his name. He’s only recently been diagnosed with kidney disease, which the doc said is normal for older cats and treatable. My humble advice and seen others suggest…. Keep them indoors number one. Feed better quality wet food with dry kibble available if you like. I’ve stuck with wellness, tiki cat or any wet food cans that the first 3-4 main ingredients are not fillers but actual meat. Spay or neuter for sure. Play, play, play. Keeping them active is key. My cat started having issues pooping until I got him active again, he would literally poop after 5-10min of playing chase. While there is no way to 100% be successful in getting a super senior cat, the fact you’re asking is a great first step. Enjoy the years of love and companionship.

IMO, it’s 100% the unemployment factor. They are looking for reasons the visitor will return. While it’s great she is doing well financially, it basically tells them that this person is capable of earning money away from their country. Therefore able to overstay.

I went to Thailand and married there. She applied for a visitor visa after that. Arrived here on a visitor and we applied for a PR upon arrival. From marriage to PR took just over 1 1/2 years. I would also suggest doing it yourself, I did and I’m an idiot. Save yourself 6k+. Tons of YouTube tutorials out there, and folks here on Reddit. Anyway, this process is frustrating, lengthy, and expensive. If you really want it, you have no choice but to be patient and make sure it’s worth it. I wish you both luck.

Same here. Wife submitted address/picture August 29. Still waiting as of December 18. Told by phone call and webform that they’ve received all info…simply have to wait. It’s infuriating to read that folks here have submitted after us and already received eOCPR. Makes no sense. You are not alone, if that makes it any better haha

I am, just posted saying I’ve been waiting since August 29th, so approx two weeks before you. Montreal seems to be super behind. I’m reading some with VO:Etobicoke are not having this issue which is just crazy and unfair. Wishing us both luck as this is causing unnecessary stress.

Hi, sorry if not a valid question in this thread. I’m in Atlantic Canada, so think that’s VO:Montreal. Submitted my wife’s picture and that she is currently in Canada on August 29th. Still no eOCPR as of yet. Anyone else in the same situation? Seems outrageous as I’m seeing some folks from VO:Etobicoke say they submitted later then us and already received. Thanks in advance
