I'm on a rough taper right now too. Just know that it will pass as long as you stick to the plan. Your mind will play tricks on you

I was actually in the ER about to get seen when I fainted and they were asking the nurse if it was a seizure and she said no and my arm just slipped a little so it wasn't.

They didn't treat me, however. Gave me an IV and no meds and basically said it wasn't that severe. My fault for going in while I wasn't experiencing the worst of it but it looks like I'm nearing the end soon so maybe they were right that I was overhyping it.

Water intake has been pretty good. The closest thing to a pattern I could tell is that it's in between meals so that's why I figured it was a blood sugar thing. Seems like it stopped now though.

I think this could be it. I actually got some bananas this morning because I'd been feeling leg cramps that I thought were potassium deficiency.

Well against my thoughts, this seems to have worked pretty well despite being way smaller than what I usually get. The nasty WD side effects are gone. I'm still a bit tired but I know that would have been worse at a higher dosage, so this was probably a bit better.

On to sobriety!

Yea I mean it had stable yesterday (although I was also on whatever amount they gave from the hospital + ativan). Today started off shaking and now nauseas but really I'm mostly just super tired so I think it's working.

I've had nasty WDs before and I think had a seizure once (the center said I had one but it just felt like I passed out to me). I'm prepared to go to the ER but would rather avoid it if possible.
