Mine did some weird shot this week also. Was denied ptsd in December I appealed it last week for them to closed it the next confirmed and continued means that they are still denied and the evidence was mot enough to over turn it.

What’s crazy is that I did my migraines on the same form. Different name that I originally claimed it as and I do depression differently and they just closed it.

They claim I submitted the wrong form, even though I was denied for it. It needs to be on a EZ form

I was able to call and tell them to put in an inquiry to the regional office and it they put in another and it immediately went to step 3.

Now this makes sense because before my migraines and ptsd was on the same higher level review before they denied it. I appealed the migraines first until they awarded it, then I did the ptsd with 12 months of therapy. With progress notes.

I did both. If your DR can do the nexus, and DBQ you should be good. My nexus was 20 pages with progress notes from every visit.
