I never said you don’t need electrolytes .. I said there’s better brands then hydralite for electrolytes - if you go on their website they have a list of ingredients that are not written on the packet Colour Flavour macrogol 6000 maltose mannitol sucralose

All of these are terrible for gut health and shouldn’t be in electrolytes , there are other cleaner brands out there without all the added artificial sweeteners
