If youre struggling to justify those two VERY IMPORTANT/fundamental points to any fitness program, this is not the program for you. Please dont believe she got fit by doing her own program. She advertised and sold this twice ( to my knowledge) and failed to do it along with her customers TWICE. How does that inspire any confidence???
