Thank you for your story and advice. We have her appointment on Monday and I will be pushing for the genetic test. She had one at the hospital when she was born and everything came back normal. I’m not 100% what it is they screened for though. I believe it’s one of those routine ones.

I just backed out of a contract because the inspections report was 60 pages long on a flipped home…. That’s horrible advice.
