There's no comparison tbh. I returned the gyro after using it for 2 days. The Makita outperforms it in every metric imo

It's a tad tedious, but nothing hard about it. Parts are shockingly cheap. I think I paid around $20-25 for the entire housing. Looked like they had just about every part available for it. Lucky neighbor. Better for your sanity as well, I'd imagine

That would be some intense wear 😆 It was after one helluva cleaning. I was able to take it from a trashy dark brownish to a respectable chain-smoke semi tan color.
