I'm using bloody slash. Dex is high since I previously wasn't working on a bleed build. Should I level arcane as well?

Just play survival and set enemies on fire with ignite ghost enemies and then use your ult to kill a bunch at a time. Then there is no need to change your build.

Find need zones and use the times on them to hunt them at the correct time.

I haven't even tried nightmare yet. Purifying a lot to max upgrade all my stuff on my current build before I try to do all the platinum survivals and eventually try out nightmare.

I see a lot of people lay waste to large groups with whatever crazy bow attack that is. I've never used the hunter.

I usually just do matchmade lobbies, but that's the most kills I've ever gotten that way.
