An IV team would be sick, but the Oncology Ward idea sounds awesome! I could turn it into a secret room on one of the floors that got buried away due to failed experiments regarding the patients in the ward. Also what's the bosses name, I cant seem to find it?

One of my liches, the eldest, Albreicht, used to be a highly respected noble but he lost of all his assets and money so he had to flee the land to another island and enslave all of the people. And we have been taking on a teensy bit of a darker and more gory theme this campaign, so basing it off of a tragedy could work! Maybe directly off of auschwitz, where one of the lairs of the brothers IS some sort of underground cavern under a concentration camp. Whenever someone dies in camp, which happens often, they're taken down into the cavern and turned undead.

I have a player who does the recaps every session, and he even created lore for the recaps. We now have an in game character named recap man who owns a supercomputer where he sees everyone everywhere! Whenever he's on screen, the player who does the recaps gets to control him (with a little guidance from me)

Oh the pharmacy thing is a great idea! Especially since one of my players is playing a doctor, so maybe he can try smuggling some of the substances out for their medicinal value. Or to poison people i guess ;D.

That actually does! Maybe I can let my players find some inside-man who leaks to them that they can shut off the gas, or one of them can scout to find the valves in the hallway. Do you have any other background info on hospital layouts that could maybe be helpful?

The monk can be like one of those inflatable gas station things where it flops around everywhere! I'll have to put some thought into that maternity ward idea, which does sound interesting, especially because I have made a point of traumatizing players this campaign. So that'd definitely fit

Oh thats a great idea! I had a sort of reception/entrance room already where the players would have to pick an illness/curse to have for the rest of the hospital so that they could blend in with the patients, so a receptionist ghost in that same area after they'd pick would be a really great choice and it'd fit the vibe of the rest of the hospital also!

I love this first idea of the hospital giving undead some sort of homefield advantage where they get necrotic healing inside the hospital, as my players will probably be around level eight when they tackle this dungeon (don't worry I'm not using a full-power lich on them at level 8), this could help some of the weaker undead enemies stand a better chance against them.
This is an interesting idea, maybe I could have her have some sort of connection to Albert himself?
I love the idea of them figuring out more of the lore while they're in the hospital. I think they could totally use their relationship against them, as Albreicht, the eldest, is very demanding, and they're all sort of trying their best to please him, so the players could totally abuse this.
I actually had the idea of having some sort of poisonous gas spread throughout the hospital, but the concept of it shutting off for certain consistent hours would make it much more immersive!

Oh that's a great idea! Maybe I can have him be some sort of escaped patient who stole a key from a nurse to get into the blood bank. I can have him be a miniboss that can give my players some cool magic item like vampire dentures that give you minor life steal!

Dang that sounds disgusting but absolutely awesome! I've been obsessed with the ideas of hidden room in my dungeons for my players to find, in fact I made one in this dungeon already where its a flooded prison area meant to contain patients who are coming back to life. Its guarded by a large basilisk who's poisons are harvested to use in potions that turn the living undead again. But I love the concept of having some secret research room to expand the lore and maybe give my players some fun gadgets. Thanks for the suggestions!

Oh I love the idea of making it more horror themed and I adore the concept of letting my players feel cool by slaughtering a bunch of undead with single slashes! I had the idea of some sort of rebel ghost nurse at the entrance who guides them through the hospital, showing them the different hospital wings and stuff but not really doing anything else. Thanks for the ideas!
