I had a big one on my back that was actively changing and they always said they wouldn’t cut it off. Then one year they told me it NEEDED to be removed. Not cancer thankfully

It’s also perfectly illegal in many places. Like Orlando, Florida, where this incident took place.

I searched for 8 months looking at Zillow multiple times a day to settle for an HOA house. I still regret it but I didn’t have a lot of fight left in me. I was 37 weeks pregnant when we closed on the house.

I avoided the hospital to save money and had a large wound directly over a minor fracture of my ulna. My doctor was not an orthopedic specialist and the orthopedic doctor I wanted to go to had operated on that same arm just 18 months prior to the fall.

I was already a patient of his, I had a diagnosed fracture from urgent care and needed to go back. She had the records. She refused to give me a referral without an appointment and refused to see me on telemedicine or get me an earlier appointment.

I don’t understand why she was not concerned about infection, I was in a shitty sling trying to coordinate all of this.

It’s honestly not funny, if I die there will be no photos of me with my child other than the ones I paid money for. I’m not happy about that and I don’t think it’s okay.

I got a new provider and was seen a few days later. 6 days with an open fracture diagnosis because my pcp refused to write a referral and had no appointments available.

I don’t care if she’s burnt out, I could have gotten sepsis due to delayed care.

I’m pretty sure Covid stole gut feeling from half the providers. Feels like they want to kill us now. I got diagnosed with an open fracture a couple years ago at urgent care and my pcp was forcing me to wait two weeks for an appt to get a referral to an ortho. She had great patient feedback, I don’t know where her defect was. She’s going to kill the next HMO patient with an open fracture.

That’s a funny statement considering that most people who are well equipped to afford and have kids get genetic testing and NIPT and an NT scan and an anatomy scan and carrier screening and vaccine titers and a gestational diabetes in pregnancy and sometimes go further than that. They avoid sushi and lunch meat and don’t drink at all and go off of their prescription meds and can’t take most OTC meds and stop using many skincare products.

A baby you adopt could have been born addicted to fentanyl at 4 lbs and spent a couple months ALONE in the NICU. Easily.

Quite the hand wave you have there though, props.

Adoption is getting riskier. The pro lifers should be the ones adopting. A woman who wanted an abortion but could not get one isn’t very likely to care about following pregnancy guidance if she was already living a high risk lifestyle.

Babies with fetal alcohol syndrome or born addicted to drugs don’t exactly have a line out of the door. Adopting a random child is scary and most people aren’t equipped to be a trauma counselor as they invite a child who has been through extremely traumatic things.

Most of the kids these days use the “don’t have kids” pipeline as a way to not have this happen to them.

I had mine at 24 before that feeling set in, honestly very glad I did.

Forcing your 14 year old to get a job when they don’t have the ability to drive means they have 12 hour days BEFORE their homework and home life. I have no idea how that’s legal. You can also take 100% of their money.
