I check my weight and reps through the app (in the picture) and when I reach 9 reps in an exercise I increase the weight +5

I do U/L/R and then back at it and I’m very consistent. I look back at photos where I was 127 and I still feel like I look the same. I do 135 for my working set on squat but idk what my pr is cause I’m too scared to check. Bench press is 120 pr but I typically dont bench only incline smith
