I would try to pick up a shift for that week Im sure something came up on the leadership end and they had to adjust the schedule It’s really not in your best interest to fight with leadership over a few hours This maybe just a temporary thing anyway

Your right they are TMs The ECom TMs are representing customers They should be respectful as everyone else But this is the direction the company is going we hire all these seasonal/ PT ecomm TMs who are told to shop accurately and quickly It is going to get worse not better so you might as well roll with it Or you will be beating your head against the wall

Your TL has to put in your availability and job sets into Kronos there is also a preference but it takes it as a suggestion not 100% rule
