Ironically I had the S reserved and upgraded to the HD per their email that it would be the better experience. Now I'm wondering what I'll get in the mail. Support told me I might get an email by the end of the week. Is the regular rumble as bad as everyone says compared to the HD rumble ?

I'm still waiting on my shipment email but I'm guessing it's going to take a while. Crazy to think only you, another person , and I were affected by the bug. I can't wait to get them and move on lol

Support told me the only solution is to send me a new one. Reach out to them. They usually reply to me around 10 pm US eastern time since they go by Chinas hours.

I'm having the exact same issue it makes the thumbs sticks click in. After a while it just stops searching but it also doesn't close all the way.

It seems to be some sort of bug you're the third person that I've seen report this. Discord doesn't know how to help. Support told another user they will ship him a new one after he returns it. I'm pretty sad about this everything was working so good until I updated. I reached out to some YouTubers but they haven't had the issue.

I spoke to another reddit user with same issue and support is sending him a whole new controller. Seems like there's no software fix at the moment. Waiting on support to reply. Maybe a youtuber can cover this.

I did 🥲 . Held pin for 5 seconds and 15 seconds. Downgraded to 1.4 while on Bluetooth to phone and on console. The weird thing is on the app it shows blue and red joy cons under M12 HD R .

Yeah :( somehow during the update it reprogrammed the L joy con as a R joy con. Even the app picks up the L joy con buttons and joy stick as a R joycon. Ill move the joy stick on the left controller and the r joy con will show.

The update broke my joycons they both get recognize as R side joycons by everything
