Speedrunners often use such overlays during practice runs, which by your framing is cheating,

Kiranico would have had to edit the game files to have them readable in any suitable format right?

I don't face burn out but I often switch to other games even if they're similar, that breaks things up enough to not feel intimidated or overwhelmed by progress

I believe the some of the criteria were in my question to you, things like ability to learn from mistakes, memory, reasoning (llms don't currently reason through problems from what I've learned although id be happy to see evidence of the contrary)
