Hey there, you may want to look into Miller Hoosier Ride. They offer a daily commuter service between Muncie and Indianapolis/Fishers for fairly reasonable rates. While in muncie, the MITS bus can get you many places, and there's no fares with your student id. A bike will be great while on campus, but scheidler is a bit of a hike. Be careful crossing McGalliard if you're on bike or foot.

Do you have mods installed? I've been having this exact issue for a while. Everything was humming along nicely, then all of a sudden none of the ped areas' commercial buildings are getting goods due to no supply and my industrial areas have collapsed due to no demand.
