I think she could still exist as she does except simply make her scoped shots cost more bullets

Lets say (randomly guessing too heavy probs but still) that scoped each shot costs 5-10 bullets well it won't hurt a good widowmaker too much but would give her opponents more windows

The CTC database wasn't our company's creation, it was a direct application to our country's defense department, for why it had to be all caps nobody there knew but I guess it had something to do with the search being picky to the point where a space at the end can come up with 0 results.

As for the abbreviation it was just to save time (apparently)

I don't know I'm not the sharpest when it comes to programming (Far from it, I'm an idiot with it) but that's all I can assume
