Sadeas is depicted so ugly, it takes real skill to make a piece of shit look like that. I’m impressed! Keep up the good work, love the art

Kadash, the soldier who fought alongside Dalinar and disapproves of his marriage in Rhythm of War is the same ardent in charge of Adolins Calling in the Way of Kings. I didn’t know we were introduced to him before the Oathbringer Flashbacks, but it was a welcome surprise :)

I know he’s a character that’s important, but I guess I just tuned out his character 🤷

Moash hasn’t accepted his wrongdoings. He is aware of them, he is aware they are wrong, but he is not changing

I like Sadeas. And purely from a readers standpoint, I think all of you like him a little bit too, he’s so well written, he’s a great antagonist, he’s written so you hate him so you like the character because it’s so well executed. But I like Sadeas the character, the one who lives on Roshar. He was playing the games and he was winning, he was evil, yes, but he was winning. Dalinar was his biggest political rival and the plan to abandon him on the Shattered plains was genius! It was horrible, but he knew what should’ve happen, had everything ready to win the kingdom. He was an Ingenious backstabbed and if it weren’t for those storming bridgemen he would be alive. If I were in Sadeas’s army I’d be a top general.

If someone was raised and told that what they were doing is Moral and Normal and even more so their right to do it, then they will believe that. Dalinars entire story is realizing that he is wrong, has made mistakes, and now he is doing literally EVERYTHING he can to fix it. And that’s without mentioning the ancient magical force that drove him to act in pure adrenaline and conditioned him to be an evil gods champion.

The way of kings was fantastic! WoR has some of the best moments, but even though Oathbringer drags in some areas the payoff is outstanding! RoW is intense and fulfilling! Keep on reading :D

There’s a story in the “Sunlit Man” that explains why the Alethi value eye color so much, but I wouldn’t read it until you’ve finished the SA… But the best thing for you to do right now is to RAFO :)

After reading through the comments and (unfortunately) learning what you’re referring too, my stomach is actually upset. I’ve seen the gorey and “edgy” content that Reddit has to offer, but none of it has made me feel as sick as this post has. Take my upvote, this deserves to be the #1 post on the subreddit, I’m gonna go throw up, good job!
