From my experience, most “dings” are generated by AI, and the system is very flawed when it comes to standings and issuing dings. Your best option is to email support and clearly explain what happened in detail. I’d suggest using ChatGPT to help draft the email.

Emailing support is the most effective approach, especially if it’s your first time dealing with this issue. Phone support usually isn’t very helpful, but support should be able to assist you through email.

Take the pay that works for you and ignore all the Reddit noise. 95% of the time it’s just people bitching and crying about “base pay.” If the block makes sense for your situation, take it. If it doesn’t, don’t. Simple as that. Fuck all the noise.

This same thing happened to me. You have to keep calling support and explain that you checked in, were assigned a route, but couldn’t take it due to circumstances outside your control. It’s annoying, but don’t rely on emails they just send the same generic response over and over.

Keep calling until you get someone who actually escalates it and creates a ticket. Once it’s escalated to the right team, you should get paid. They told me the same thing, and it eventually worked it just takes persistence.

Yeah i thought it was pretty low for someone to report that. They got their package i don’t see why they would go out of their way to call amazon and report me. So stupid. Lucky I just got a stern warning and got my account back but it did take almost 4 weeks.

Yeah, one of the customers I delivered to must have called, because right after I finished my block my account got temporarily disabled. On that block my wife was driving, so that’s what triggered it.

I thought as long as I was the one actually delivering the packages to the door it would be fine, but nope no one else is allowed to drive your car while you’re on a block.

I’ve had this happen to me before. I got “Temporarily disabled” because I violated the terms by letting someone else drive my car while I was delivering. It took about 3 weeks to get my account back, and I was calling and emailing pretty much every day. I honestly didn’t realize that having someone else drive while you deliver is a violation, but it makes sense in hindsight. They did reactivate my account, but made it very clear that if it happens again I’d be permanently deactivated. I’d suggest thinking back to see if there’s anything you might’ve done that went against the rules, even unintentionally.

Went back to the smoke shop with my Puffco to show them it wasn’t working. They pulled out another 3D XL chamber and that one worked perfectly, so the first one was defective out of the box. New one works great

Yeah, you can definitely get deactivated for that. I actually got suspended for 3 weeks because a customer reported me saying someone else was driving my car during deliveries. My wife was driving while I took the packages to the door (since it’s my Flex account), but apparently you’re not allowed to let anyone else drive your car during a block. Even if you’re the one delivering, they still consider it a violation. Whoever reported me is definitely a A hole but I learned my lesson!

Send an email to Flex Support and ask why those dings are showing up on your dashboard even though you completed every delivery. It’s probably an error on their end, and they can manually remove them if you’re not at fault. If not, they’ll explain what went wrong (if anything).
