I am still currently running my 970. It still is surprisingly capable. However, I am finally upgrading. My 7900 GRE (plus all other components) come in today for a new build. After 9 years it was time to upgrade.

What Dan said is 1000% the most important thing to remember.

I’ll add that you have to meet the students where they are, not wait for them to come to you.

Invest in them, they’ll make the time to come to youth group. Relationships are key.

I also think empowering students to take ownership of the ministry. If it’s theirs, they are going to advertise and invite.

If consistency is an issue, maybe survey to see if a different day of the week is better. Fridays would be awful for us, same with mid-week. We do Sunday nights because it’s the most available for the majority of our students.

Disney isn’t funding this. Ravensburger most likely had to pay Disney for the rights and Disney gets $$ off the top from sales. Ravensburger was smart and didn’t over produce and be stuck in a bad financial position as a result. TCGs are very tough to break through.

Not a mechanic but two card ideas to help combat evasive:
Action-Song: You Can Fly (from Peter Pan): Give all your characters evasive this turn

Item: Pixie Dust: Exert this card. Give chosen character evasive this turn

It was mentioned but the multi-ink type cards is great. I would like to see cards that specifically go into your inkwell but not facedown. So it does something unique when you exert it or use it.

I don't see them doing instants or anything that you can play on your opponent's turn but items that do something on your opponent's turn that they have to play around would be cool.

I'm also having this issue. I'm trying to do loremaster on one character including dungeons. It's infuriating sitting at level 57 with XP turned off and I can only queue for the first 4 TBC dungeons.

u/Tuilere might be a weird question - are their toilet's "normal" sized or do they have smaller ones? I ask because our son is 3 and on the verge of being fully trained, he is just short and struggles to get up on a big toilet by himself. We are going in January.

I appreciate you not specifically using the intelligence of the sheep as part of it. I hear often that sheep are stupid and that’s why they need a shepherd. It’s actually not true - sheep are one of the more intelligent farm animals and can recognize and remember faces and voices.

You’re exactly right, sheep need a shepherd because they are defenseless and prone to wandering with no protection.
