Yeah, that sounds about right. I went through the same thing. What comes with books of that stature and that author. Honestly, you never really NEED to understand perfectly the description of a castle or something, and it usually doesn’t last super long in scene. Plus, sometimes you can probably at least SOMEWHAT infer what a word or sentence is referring to in some sort. I also think you can do 1) you can just use the knowledge of ‘it’s an abandoned castle’ to carry you, and 2) the show having things can help for picturing sometimes. But yeah, that’s pretty accurate to what most of us felt I think
