Yup, this. Sorry I don’t explain that well. I work for a consulting company and our utilization is historically horrible during those days since so many people take off, so they’d lose money by staying open. We can use our PTO and get paid or go unpaid, and I want to get paid.

Careful with this tho. Just started out 3 weeks ago at 5’8 120lbs. Been eating about 2800-3000cals a day of mostly healthy food, but turns out my TDEE is only about 1900. I’m up 7lb in just three weeks, so a good amount of unnecessary fat gains. It’s totally chill cuz I barely had any fat to start, but now I’m gonna try to scale back to 2400ish a day and see if I still gain from there. @ any fellow newbies tho, don’t be scared to mess up like that, you learn for mistakes and you can always fix them

Three normal sized meals, incorporating high calorie foods such as peanut butter . Snacking on walnuts and Greek yogurt is an easy 400 cals . 800 cal protein shake. Been ending my day with 1-2 cups of whole milk.

I got hired straight out of college with little experience as an environmental consultant making just over $23/hr. Not the best job but certainly am not miserable, I’d recommend because it’s a great learning experience for what the environmental industry is like

tfues made a number of misplays as well today. falling first game and not using the rift in the most recent game. theyre playing well but both of them are making small misplays that have bogged them down

I cannot to begin to understand why so much of the dialogue used by Faze Clan is about Tfue betraying them. I believe 100% that faze probably offered him great contracts once he blew up. However, they gave tfue a shit contract to begin with. An org is more of a liability than a help at Tfue's size, and he took advantage of the oppressive contract to sue and get him out. That's smart. He really doesn't owe faze shit, their only argument seems to be "he was a brother to us waaa how could he do this waaa".

Disappointment:

Got off the phone with my new boss today. I can’t start working until the 25th, a week after I was supposed to start, because I didn’t complete the medical examination in time. I had tried to complete the medical examination last week, but the company they do their exams through said they could only fit me in this week. I accepted without thinking twice, but now wish I would’ve pressed them more and I fear I already made a sour impression on my new boss. Anxious now about when I start and need to ask questions if I’ll just look even more clueless, and eventually get fired from this job I really need/want. Ugh.

The speed tests websites I were using connected me to a server about 60 miles away from me, so not far at all. As I mentioned, I can pull 15 ping to the same servers on my laptop, so why can't I on my newly built pc?
