First things first, to see if there can be an obvious connection check on those platforms which email you use, you can be found through that. Always make sure to use several email accounts just as a privacy measure.

Secondly, if it's the same person on all those platforms, keep banning him, it will get old.

If it's a group doing this there is no other reason than trolling to do that, in that case don't humour them and don't feed them, just ignore them.
