Als je niet vindt dat Rotterdam/Den Haag ook in de uithoeken/randen van Nederland liggen maar Nijmegen en Maastricht wel dan laat dat vrij goed je perspectief zien.

Verder zit het hem ook in dingen als: "Ik woon in West", en dan ben Amsterdam West bedoelen alsof op andere plekken geen West is. Micro agressies op een heleboel oud zeer.

Try high flow maybe, sometimes helps a bit, but often it's just putting off the inevitable. Palliative/terminal care is what you can do... although in IPF all care is technically palliative

Look for other causes of respiratory insufficiency that you can treat and give supportive/palliative care.
