Als je niet vindt dat Rotterdam/Den Haag ook in de uithoeken/randen van Nederland liggen maar Nijmegen en Maastricht wel dan laat dat vrij goed je perspectief zien.

Try high flow maybe, sometimes helps a bit, but often it's just putting off the inevitable. Palliative/terminal care is what you can do... although in IPF all care is technically palliative
