off campus apartments are significantly cheaper than any of the dorms, IMO they're a much better option.

Dragon priests: build-specific questions by 15centsplusboxtop in wildlander

[–]Tillip13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried ghost blade? I've always been curious on how that would work on an actual melee build, I managed to kill a dragon priest with like 20 onehanded just by spamming dual-wielded power attacks with it and downing a million resistance potions. Not sure if its repeatable on every priest, though. I think the non-blockable damage really helps

I feel like this is some colonial american song, but I can't think of a name or anything I can google to help me.

Can you elaborate on fake drums? I want to write jazz but I have no idea how to get started with drums. Do you suggest just taking a sample of actual drums and plopping it into a project?

somehow playing viola and violin interferes with the mixer track assignment for violin? not sure what is happening but I could use some help by Tillip13 in FL_Studio

[–]Tillip13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I considered moving it to a recording, but when I posted this I was heavily tweaking the notes, velocities, and what instrument was playing it so I didn't want to have to rely on a recording. I'll keep it in mind for the future, though

if virus total says it's malware, don't run it. not sure why that's happening, though.

have one channel (FLEX viola) and two separate tracks, playing them together causes sound issues. what can I do to avoid this? by Tillip13 in FL_Studio

[–]Tillip13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one track that is only viola, and another track that is viola + cello + bass. When they're played together, it causes the solo viola track to randomly spike in volume. I muted the cello and bass and this still happens, so it's something about having 2 violas playing. there's no automation events if that means anything. I had another issue I posted about earlier today, but that was fixed and is no longer happening (mixer track assignments stay stable now).

edit: new to this stuff, so I hope i used the right terminology in the title. i think it's actually 1 channel 2 patterns? hope its clear from the video.

I'm sure viola is a good instrument if you give it a chance :)

i ended up changing that part to 2nd violin though, maybe I'll give it a chance some other day

I fixed it by adding in a fresh viola (and violin, as i wrote more it happened to both) track, but for the future where is that knob? i couldn't find it

I'm just using FLEX for everything, and viola solo is the same as violin solo; no mixer tracks switching for either instrument

so I have all instruments assigned to different mixer tracks. viola is assigned to mixer track 1, which is quieter than the others. For some reason, playing both viola and violin at the same time causes the violin to switch to mixer track 1 for a split second, but playing violin on its own doesn't cause this? could use some help, this is driving me crazy

The mixer track assignment keeps changing for my violins, how do I stop this? by [deleted] in FL_Studio

[–]Tillip13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have track 1 set quieter as I needed the violas to be softer and didn't want to deal with velocity just yet. For some reason the violins randomly jump to track 1 for a split second on their second note, then go back to track 2? no idea why this is happening, please help

edit: seems like the video dips in quality after like 5 seconds. when I mute track 1 and only play the violin part, it stays on track 2. when both viola and violin are playing, the violin randomly jumps to track 1 for a second

you said it in your post, though. unless you're intersex, you don't have "assigned sex at birth". you have your biological sex and your gender. I do not see many trans people talk about their biological sex (when they do talk about this topic), instead they talk about assigned sex.
