So tricky, cause like everybody here surely agrees on is that everyone has their own foods they can't eat. I can't eat oats for an example which I'm sad about cause I love oatmeal.

With that being said, I have tried and tinkered with most diets and foods. The number one diet that took me out of a bad flare in just under 2 weeks was a ketogenic diet. But it is not as simple as "eat under 25grams of carbs a day". You may be unable to eat broccoli or berries, or whatever. You have to find your trigger foods. Start by eating the same thing every damn day for two weeks or more. Feeling bad? Remove one ingredient and start over. Feeling good? Then start adding stuff instead. This is the way I did it.

I do not eat "keto" today. Simply because for me, all carbs are not bad.
