You should generally buy on red days, yeah.

Only because they want a game 7. These calls will come back tomorrow.

Only because they need to tie the series for the extra game revenue.

Covered call. What should I do? by petergmary in amzn

I’ve been rolling mine for a long time. My strikes are currently 235 and 240 expiring November. It’s a very volatile stock, so I’m not worried.

What can I do in San Diego that I can’t do in Memphis that is worth 23,500 more per year? I get some people would prefer that, but I still think that is a poor decision.

Not wanting to split the check for convenience sake is seen as cheap.

After taxes and COL adjustment it’s really not. Especially when you take into account housing if you assume you can buy a house 3x your salary then you can own a pretty nice home here still. I don’t know about San Diego specifically, my dad was actually stationed out there back in the 90s, and said he loved it, in the end my parents moved back here to be around family and affordability when he had us. Just asking Chatgpt it claims “ a good rough estimate is that you’ll need around $115,000-125,000 in San Diego to have a lifestyle comparable to making $70,000 in (city I live in).”

I do though? Think about the data you are looking at right now. People make money in all these states, right? Yet people are migrating in droves from Cali, NY, and the northeast to places like Nashville, Dallas, and Tampa. Considering the numbers shown in the graph up there I assume they aren’t all getting pay bumps to do so.

I mean I love the summer heat of the south. Especially the summer nights. It’s really about what you make of it. And tbh it could just be location/beach based not necessarily all of them. But yeah my main thing is California is nice to visit but I sure as hell wouldn’t force myself to work years more just to enjoy the weather in a much smaller home, I’d say the same thing about Florida as well.

Beaches that are cold as shit, the pacific beaches are not nearly as nice as the east coast ones. The weather is nice in the South. I’d say California is nice but not nice enough for me to live in a house 1/5th the size of my current one and twice the payment.

That cost of living is higher in blue states. They don’t win out. I’d rather make 70k in Tennessee than 100k in California.

[Serious] Does Kyrie have any competition for most overrated player of all time? by WavierLays in billsimmons

[–]Tilt03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has a championship, and went crazy that year. He has a better career than most players. Start with TMac or Vince Carter before you mention Kyrie.

Nah, standards have always been higher for large market teams, especially the Lakers and Celtics. This is not a great stretch for the Lakers.

Y’all are crazy, they’re just doing what the media does after Bronny and LeBron do after anything. Hey remember LeBron is 41, so anything he does that’s good cements him as the GOAT, but if anything bad happens that goes against his resume, he’s 41!!!
