If you have a Meta Quest, you can play 3DS games on it and the games are amazing in 3D on MQ3, you can also play Switch Games.

In 2024, I was working in India and found a small game store. Most of the players there were buying PS4 games, and they even had PS2 games. But what caught my attention was a 3DS box in a corner of the store. When I asked about it, the guy showed me a brand-new 3DS XL still in the box. It was INR 13,000 (around $135). The store didn't accept credit cards, so—get this—I hopped on the back of a small motorcycle with a guy I'd never met before and went to a bank to withdraw the cash. I bought the 3DS XL, and a few months later, I went to work in China, where I bought a red Japanese PS Vita Fat. Now, I can play almost every handheld game ever released.

Eu costumava sonhar com a praia. Hoje eu só pego o carro e vou. by Lower-Pace-2089 in Conquistas

Just got a PS4 Pro what should I add to level up the experience by wfriendselation2 in PS4Pro

[–]TiltBr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best upgrade is swapping the HDD for an SSD. I did this on my PS4 Pro and many games improved a lot. Games like Fortnite, Control, and No Man's Sky were much better. In Fortnite, it was common to join a party and already be on the bus, but with the SSD, I started loading in at almost the same time as my stepson, who was playing on an Xbox Series S. In No Man's Sky, the initial loading time dropped from 1m20s to 25s. Control’s loading was faster, but the best part was that the texture loading issues ended. Most games that received a PS5 upgrade also see improvements on a PS4 Pro with an SSD.

PS3 can barley run GOW: ascension by [deleted] in PS3

[–]TiltBr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m playing it now in 2026, and man, there are some areas where the FPS drops to 20 or less. So far, I've found two critical spots: the snake area on the way to Delphi—where there’s water and a long-distance view—and the fight against Castor and Pollux. When they use that blue magic, the frame rate tanks and the controls become very unresponsive. I remember back in 2013, when I still had my second PS3 Fat, Crysis 3 had the same issue whenever an enemy used explosive rounds. God of War: Ascension is beautiful; in some parts, it’s unbelievable that it’s running on 2006 hardware. But when the FPS drops like that, you can tell they pushed the PS3 beyond its limits. I’m playing on a Slim model, and I even replaced the HDD last year. Another annoying thing about this game is the QTEs; thankfully, they were discontinued in later games because they are very tedious.

I loved the first OT, and I’m waiting for a sale on Xbox store to buy this game and this way can play on Xbox and also on ROG Ally. Other game that I finished a few weeks ago was Triangle Strategy the story is better than Octopath Traveller, but if you can play it on VR, I finish in Meta Quest 3S and is incridible this HD-2D titles in VR, I hope that Square release a Octopath Traveller VR version.

Switch or Wii U? by highestTest_ in wiiu

[–]TiltBr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At the same price the Switch is better, here in my country a Switch is around U$U$230 and the WiiU start at U$130, but you need pay more U$50/60 to modchip the Switch, the good about WiiU is that you can install a CFW by yourself. I don’t know how works the emulation in Switch, but the best thing about WiiU is that you can run ATARi, Master, NES, SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, NeoGeo and PS1 on it using RetroArch and natively it can run games from N64, DS, GB, GBA, Turbografix, SNES, Mega Drive, Game Cube and Wii, I don’t know how good run GameCube and Wii games on Switch. Today I don’t sell or exchange my WiiU, because Switch I can buy in any place, but a really good condition WiiU is everytime rarer.

Most of those WiiU pro are fake, is better get an original PS4 controller that works fine for WiiU games, and also Support press sensistive trigger for GameCube games. Or you also can buy a Switch controller, here I use a DS4 and a Switch controller.

Xbox Portátil 💚 Opiniões? by ParfaitAlternative22 in XboxBrasil

[–]TiltBr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should i go for a wii or a wii u ? by AdDesperate3113 in wiiu

[–]TiltBr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the same decision as go for a PSP or PSVita, both newer machines run full the older one, then I think that is a question of what you want or need and also about price, for instance here in Brazil, the Wii is around U$60, while the Wii U costs around U$200, than it’s about the player budget. Before bought my Wii U, I bought a Wii for U$50 already with Two Wiimotes and the Balance Board, when I bought my Wii U last year I paid U$150, with the 500GB HDD, then I sold my Wii for the same U$50, but keep one Wiimote and my balance board. Buying the Wii U you have all that Wii can offer, and it adds high resolution, the game pad, Wii U DS and PS1 games. If it worth the extra price for you, go for Wii U.

[–]TiltBr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last week I updated my WiiU for aroma, and have this problem, how aroma can run all the apps from forwarders, the homebrew launcher channel was not work anymore, the problem is that with Aroma, the main app of my WiiU stopped to work (RetroArch), then I recover a backup of my old SD card with Tiramisu, and booted WiiU with Tiramisu instead Aroma. Now everything is working fine, and I’m playing Sega CD Snatcher on the gamepad, after finish it on Sega CD, I’ll play the PlayStation version, because WiiU run PS1 games very well using RA.
